CTET Notification – CTET December 2022

CTET 2022

The Central Board of Secondary Education, India has decided to conduct the 16th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test. This year, CBSE has decided to conduct CTET December 2022 between December 2022 to January 2023 (exact date will be intimated on the candidate’s admit card). Therefore, candidates eligible and interested to work as a teacher can submit their online applications for CTET on the official portal of CBSE.

Required Qualifications of CTET 2022

Candidates who are willing to participate in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, December 2022 must fulfil certain educational qualifications. The educational qualification required for CTET is different for primary and secondary level. The level wise educational qualification details are given below.

Primary Level (Class I to V)

In order to appear in the primary level CTET exam, candidates need to fulfil any one of the following qualifications.

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002.

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)*.

“Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).

Secondary Level (Class VI to VIII)

In order to appear in the secondary level CTET exam, candidates need to fulfil any one of the following qualifications.

Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).

Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed).

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. Programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET. Moreover, as per the existing TET guidelines circulated vide NCTE letter dated 11-02-2011, a person who is pursuing any of the teacher education courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in the TET/CTET.

To complete this CTET application process candidates have to pay specific amount as per their category. Candidates will be able to pay their application fee through online payment gateway using their credit card, debit card, UPI or net banking. RRB Group D recruitment was announced by the Railway Recruitment Board in 2019 to fill 1,03,769 vacancies in various provinces of the country. As we all know that the exam was conducted between 17th August to 11th October 2022. Directorate of Tea Tribes Welfare, Govt. of Assam has released the official notification of Tea Tribe Scholarship 2022. These scholarships are available for both Pre-Matric and Post-Matric category. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online here.

The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the students of tea & ex-tea garden tribes who are eligible. All scholarships shall be disbursed through direct bank transfer (DBT) into bank accounts of the applicants.

Eligibility Criteria of TTWD Scholarship Assam

To be eligible for pre-matric and post-matric scholarship of TTWD, Assam; candidates must fulfill the following conditions

Resident-ship: Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam and must belong to tea-tribe community.

Bank account: Candidates must possess a functional bank account.

Caste certificate: Candidates must possess a TGL/ EX-TGL caste certificate .

Family income: Candidates' family income should not be more than 5.00 lakh per annum. He or she must submit an undertaking of their parents/ guardians/ self regarding their family income .

1. Agniveer (General Duty)

Educational Qualification: Candidates need to pass class 10th examination with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.

Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 17 years 6 months and not more than 23 years.

2. Agniveer (Technical)

Educational Qualification: Candidates need to pass class 12th examination in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.

3.Agniveer Clerk/ Store Keeper (Technical)
